  5. System requirements for the New York City Guide are as follows:
  6. - IBM PC XT AT or compatibles, (286 or better processor recommended).
  7. - DOS 2.1 or later.
  8. - 384K of user memory, (512K or more recommended).
  9. - One floppy drive or a hard drive with 222K available space.
  10. - CGA monitor.
  11.  
  12. The New York City Guide is very easy to use.  Menu instructions are straight-
  13. forward, making the program easy to handle even for the beginner to computers.
  14. Users and Distributors are urged to read the README2.DOC file for ASP, 
  15. definition, disclaimer, and registration information.

  17. *To run New York City Guide from floppy disk, type NYC and <ENTER>.  The
  18. program will begin.  (**WE DO NOT RECOMMEND RUNNING THE PROGRAM FROM THE
  19. ORIGINAL DISK!  WE ADVISE MAKING A COPY OF THE DISK, STORING THE ORIGINAL IN
  20. A SAFE PLACE, AND RUNNING THE PROGRAM FROM THE COPY!**)

  22. *To install New York City Guide on a hard drive, make a directory on your hard 
  23. drive, (we suggest naming it \GUIDE),  and COPY the contents of the disk to the
  24. directory. Once the installation process is complete, change your directory to 
  25. C:\GUIDE and press NYC and <ENTER>.
